Many consider being part of a support group as a very,
important part of a multimodal approach to living with ADHD.
Not only are they educational and nurturing, but they also
offer a place of validation and understanding that many
ADDers have never experienced. It's not uncommon for
individuals who experience this overwhelming feeling of
acceptance to become emotional as they feel a true sense of
finding a place that they belong. Besides that, we are just a
heck-of-a-lot-of-fun to be around.
